decision-makers in the government acquisition system. We identify and bring on team partners, subcontractors,
or business alliances that enhance competitiveness.

- Competition or sole source: We ensure that our client's products are
positioned for maximum advantage before going into competition.
- Prepare and develop the proposal effort: We size-up the competition,
develop proposal strategies, augment client's engineering and logistics team and supervise the
proposal team effort. We help write the proposal, prepare the oral presentation if required, and
assist the client in all Q&A segments during the process.
- Conduct contract negotiations: On behalf of the client, we are able to lead
the client's negotiation team.
